Stephen Dent

The President of Dent Inc. is Stephen G. Dent. Dent Inc. is an investment banking firm that has been very successful over the last couple of years. This has largely to due with Mr. Dent’s capable leadership. With a BA and an MBA from Harvard Business School, it’s no surprise that Stephen Dent has a mind for business.

Stephen G. Dent is a leader in the world of finance, investments and acquisitions and he has spent the better part of his career working for some of the most prestigious companies in the US.

Mr. Dent’s career began when he gained employment with PricewaterhouseCoopers. After three years with the company, Stephen left to become a member of the Merger and Acquisitions Department of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co., upon finishing grad school. His next job found him working for Rosenkranz & Company, a private investment partnership that focused on acquisitions for their own account.

In 1986, Stephen left Rosenkranz & Company to form his own firm, Dent Inc. Dent Inc. is headquartered in Greenwich, CT and specializes in investment banking. Stephen serves as the company president and also oversees all of the company’s investment activities.

In addition to being a licensed CPA, Stephen graduated from Harvard University with a BA and a MBA.

When he’s not busy crunching numbers, Stephen enjoys spending time on his boyhood hobby of marine life; a hobby that got started on a trip to Hawaii when he was young.
